ArcadeX Refund & Exchange Policy

At ArcadeX, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused condition.

  • Include all original parts and packaging

  • Have a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to additional fees.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • ArcadeX does not charge a restocking fee.

  • The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.


Condition Requirements

Returned products must be:

  • Properly disassembled (if assembled)

  • Repacked in the original packaging

  • Free from excessive wear, damage, or missing components

If a returned product shows signs of damage beyond normal inspection, a damage fee may be deducted from the refund.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item.

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement product.

This process helps ensure faster service and product availability.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you if the return is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days after inspection, although your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Missing parts

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Depending on the situation, ArcadeX may provide replacement parts, a replacement unit, or a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Items returned without authorization
